tram stop friendly staff clean room easy access
The hotel sits close to a tram stop. I found it easy to access the city center (it was simple to get around). The staff provided friendly service. My room was clean of three nights.
The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a slight inconvenience.

small room basic amenities
the location was acceptable for getting around the city.
the room was too small. the bar closed early, so i was unable to GET a drink one night even though posted hours said it should have been open. i also found the lack of basic amenities, like a kettle, frustrating GIVEN the price of the room.

The staff were friendly and efficient was okay.
The room was far too small. I had barely any room to store luggage. The side table next to the bed was pointless too. It was quite disappointing.
