The hotel sits close to a tram stop. I found it easy to access the city center (it was simple to get around). The staff provided friendly service. My room was clean of three nights.
The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a slight inconvenience.

the location was acceptable for getting around the city.
the room was too small. the bar closed early, so i was unable to GET a drink one night even though posted hours said it should have been open. i also found the lack of basic amenities, like a kettle, frustrating GIVEN the price of the room.

The hotel is in a great location! It is super walkable to many spots in the city. The staff helped me book a taxi for my early flight, so I was grateful. The room was comfy. I thought the price was good for the area.
My room was very small. The furnishings seemed old, and the lighting was dim. The bathroom was also a bit small and lacked extras, like a coffee maker. There was no complimentary water, and I expected more.
